The story neither starts nor ends there. First you will meet the lad’s grandparents, Jeremiah & Ruth and learn of their journey to Bethlehem from Nazareth by joining up with a merchant’s caravan. They meet some interesting people as well as visit some of the great sites that are linked to dynamic events of Bible times.
A major turning point for Micah’s life occurred in Bethsaida when Jesus used his small lunch to feed over five thousand people. That miracle, followed by seeing Jesus and Peter walking on the water made a deep impression on this eight-year-old’s life and he wanted to live the life that God had planned for him.
This decision drove him to learn all he could about Jesus. His teachings and miracles that led him to a life of service to God that provided an excellent Christian example.
